This is a painting I started before my second son was born (who is now 13.5 months). I just never have the time or space to spread out to finish it. Yesterday I got up at 4 a.m. and finished it! I am pleased with how it came out. It is loud color - magenta and deep purple (although looks black in the picture). It is acrylic on large canvas. The picture was taken by my husband and is of my first son playing in Grand-daddy's yard. All the dots in the background are foliage. The photo was taken after he finished picking raspberries out of grandaddy's garden.
